2. What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit via T/T is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due by T/T before delivery. We also accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other methods.

3. Can your company dispatch an engineer for installation, commissioning, and staff training?
Absolutely, our engineers can travel to your site for installation, commissioning, and training. Our experienced team frequently visits various countries to provide after-sales service and technical support. Typically, 5-15 days suffice if everything proceeds smoothly. Pre-shipment, an invitation letter is needed for visa arrangements. Note that visa costs, travel, and accommodation must be pre-funded by the customer. Visa approval, however, cannot be guaranteed.
