Secure your order with a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, and settle the remaining 50% before delivery. We accommodate T/T and L/C payments, offering you flexibility.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation and training?
Absolutely! We can dispatch an engineer to your location for installation, commissioning, and training. Our experienced engineers often travel internationally for service and support. Typically, this process takes 5-15 days, provided everything is in order. Please prepare an invitation letter for visa purposes and note that all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid. Visa success cannot be guaranteed.

4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Certainly! Enjoy a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. We cover replacement parts within this timeframe. While the parts are free, transportation costs will be borne by the client.
