Select an injection molding machine by ensuring the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times your product's weight. Additionally, confirm that the tie bar space exceeds the dimensions of the mold. Feel free to reach out to us for further expert guidance.
2. How to pay?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T prior to delivery. We accept various payment methods, including T/T and L/C, to accommodate your preferences.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning, even train our workers?
Absolutely! Our highly skilled engineers are available to travel to your factory to oversee installation, commissioning, and employee training. With extensive experience traversing international borders, they ensure optimal after-sales support and technical assistance. Typically, this process requires 5-15 days, contingent upon preparation and coordination, such as securing an invitation letter for visa purposes. Please note, all expenses related to visas, travel, and accommodation should be covered by the client in advance. Unfortunately, visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
