1. How to Choose an Injection Molding Machine?
It is advisable that the injection weight be roughly 1.2 times the product's weight. Additionally, ensure the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. For further personalized guidance, reach out to us.
2. Payment Options
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance settled by T/T before delivery. Various payment methods are accepted, including T/T and L/C.
3. Is it possible for your company to dispatch an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Indeed, we provide the service of sending our expert engineers to your site for comprehensive installation, commissioning, and personnel training. Our engineers frequently travel globally for post-sale service and technical support. Typically, the entire process spans 5 to 15 days. Prior to shipment, you'll need to prepare an invitation letter for visa processing. Note that all associated costs for visa, travel, and accommodation are to be prepaid by the customer. Please be aware that visa approvals are not guaranteed.
4. Is there a warranty when purchasing your machines?
Absolutely, we offer a robust 12-month warranty for mechanical parts post-shipment. We take responsibility for any defective parts within this period and provide replacements free of charge. However, clients are responsible for potential transportation costs.
5. Do you have reference projects?
We have implemented reference projects across numerous countries. With the consent of our existing customers, we can share their contact details, allowing you to visit their facilities. Additionally, we welcome you to visit our company to observe our machines in operation. We offer pickup from nearby stations for your convenience.
