Selecting the ideal injection molding machine involves ensuring that the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight and the tie bar space exceeds the mold's dimensions. For further detailed guidance, please contact us directly.
2. How is payment made?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance payable by T/T before delivery. We accept various payment methods including T/T and L/C.
3. Can your company send an engineer for installation and training?
Absolutely! We can dispatch our skilled engineers to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training purposes. Our engineers frequently travel globally to provide exemplary after-sales service and technical support. Under normal circumstances, 5-15 days are sufficient. Please provide an invitation letter for the visa prior to shipment. Note that all incurred costs for visa, travel, and accommodation are to be prepaid by the customer. Visa approval, however, cannot be guaranteed.
4. Is there a warranty if we purchase your machines?
Certainly! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts from the date of shipment. Should any parts fail within this period, we are responsible for their replacement at no extra charge, although transportation costs may be borne by the client.
5. Do you have reference projects available?
