A 50% deposit via T/T is required upfront, with the remaining balance of 50% due by T/T prior to delivery. We accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other convenient options.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Certainly, our skilled engineers can travel to your location for installation, commissioning, and workforce training. Our experts frequently provide after-sales service and technical support worldwide. Typically, 5-15 days suffice if everything is in order. Prior to shipment, please prepare an invitation letter for visa processing. Note that all expenses related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the customer, and visa approval cannot be guaranteed.

4. If we purchase your machines, is there any warranty included?
Absolutely, we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty following shipment for mechanical components. We take responsibility for any malfunctioning parts within this period, providing replacements free of charge, although transportation costs will be the client's responsibility.
