1. How to choose an injection molding machine?
To select the ideal machine, ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the weight of the product. Additionally, the tie bar space should exceed the dimensions of the mold. For tailored assistance, please reach out to us.
2. What are the payment options?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance payable by T/T before delivery. We are flexible with payment methods, accepting T/T, L/C, and other options.
3. Can your company send an engineer to install the machine and train our staff?
Indeed, we can dispatch our seasoned engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally for post-sale service and technical support. Typically, the process spans 5-15 days, provided all preparations are in order. You will need to furnish an invitation letter for visa arrangements beforehand. Please note that all expenses related to visa acquisition, travel, and accommodation must be pre-paid by the customer. While we strive for success, visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
4. Is there a warranty if we purchase your machines?
Absolutely, we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts from the shipment date. We take responsibility for any defective parts within this period, supplying replacements free of charge, although any associated transportation costs will need to be covered by the client.
5. Do you have reference projects?
Certainly, we have reference projects across a multitude of countries. With the consent of customers who have previously purchased our machines, we can provide you with their contact details, allowing you to visit their facilities. Furthermore, we welcome you to visit our company to witness our machines in operation, with transportation arranged from a nearby station.
