1. How to choose an injection molding machine?
Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times your product's weight, and the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. For further insights, reach out to us for personalized guidance.
2. How to pay?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% settled by T/T before shipment. We accept various payment methods, including T/T and L/C, ensuring a smooth transaction experience.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation and training purposes?
Absolutely, we offer the expertise of our engineers for installation, commissioning, and training at your facility. Our engineers frequently travel worldwide for after-sales services. Typically, 5-15 days suffice, contingent on conditions. Prior to dispatch, an invitation letter for a visa is required. Note that all associated costs for visa, travel, and accommodation must be pre-paid by customers. Visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
4. If we purchase your machines, is there a warranty included?
Certainly! We provide a full 12-month warranty post-shipment for all mechanical parts. Should any parts fail within this period, we will replace them at no charge, although transportation costs must be covered by the client.
