1. How to choose injection molding machine?
Ensure that the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight. The tie bar space should exceed the mold's dimensions. Get in touch with us for further insights and assistance.
2. How to pay?
A 50% deposit via T/T is required in advance, with the remaining 50% due before delivery. We accept various payment methods including T/T and L/C.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation and worker training?
Absolutely, we are prepared to dispatch an engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers travel globally for after-sales and technical support. Typically, a period of 5-15 days suffices if everything is in order. Prior to shipment, please prepare a visa invitation letter. Customers should cover all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation upfront. Note that visa issuance is not guaranteed.
4. If we purchase your machines, is there a warranty?
Yes, indeed! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. Should any component fail within this period, we will replace it at no cost, although transportation expenses should be borne by the client.
5. Do you have a reference project?
We have numerous reference projects globally. With customer consent, we can share their contact details for you to arrange a visit to their facilities. Additionally, you're welcome to visit our company to see our machines in action. We can arrange transport from the nearby station.
