1. How to Choose an Injection Molding Machine?
Consider that the injection weight should be approximately 1.2 times the product's weight, and the tie bar space must exceed the mold dimensions. Contact us for further guidance tailored to your needs.
2. How to Pay?
A 50% deposit is required via T/T in advance, followed by the remaining 50% payment by T/T before delivery. We accommodate various payment methods, including T/T and L/C.
3. Can Your Company Send an Engineer for Installation and Training?
Absolutely, we can dispatch our engineer to your site for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers routinely travel globally for after-sales support. Typically, 5-15 days suffice, contingent on preparations. Prior to shipment, an invitation letter for a visa is necessary. Note that all expenses related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by customers. Visa success isn't guaranteed.
4. Is There Any Warranty for Your Machines?
Indeed, we confidently offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty post-shipment on mechanical parts. We pledge to replace defective components within this period at no charge, though clients are responsible for potential transportation costs.
