1. How to Choose an Injection Molding Machine?
Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times that of the product's weight. The tie bar space must exceed the mold dimensions. For detailed guidance, please contact us.
2. How to Pay?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% due by T/T prior to delivery. We also accept payments via T/T, L/C, and other methods.
3. Can Your Company Send an Engineer for Installation, Commissioning, and Worker Training?
Absolutely! We can dispatch our experienced engineers to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Typically, this process takes 5-15 days. Prior to shipment, please prepare an invitation letter for visa application. Note that all associated costs for visas, travel, and accommodation are the customer's responsibility. Visa issuance cannot be guaranteed.
4. Is There a Warranty for Your Machines?
Certainly! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. Any parts that fail within this period will be replaced free of charge, although clients are responsible for transportation costs.
5. Do You Have Reference Projects?
We have established reference projects in numerous countries. With the approval of our customers, who have already invested in our machines, we can connect you with them for a visit to their facilities.
