Choose an injection molding machine where the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the weight of your product. Ensure the tie bar space surpasses the mold dimensions. For detailed guidance, please get in touch with us.
2. How to pay?
Our payment terms include a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T before delivery. We also accept various payment methods, including T/T and L/C.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely, we can dispatch our expert engineers to your facility for installation, commissioning, and comprehensive worker training. Our seasoned engineers frequently travel internationally to provide after-sales service and technical support. Typically, a 5-15 day period is sufficient, provided everything is in order. Prior to shipping, please prepare an invitation letter for the visa application. Note that all associated costs, including visa, travel, and accommodation, must be covered in advance by the customer. Please also understand that we cannot guarantee visa approval.
4. If we purchase your machines, is there a warranty?
Certainly, we offer a 12-month warranty post-shipment for all mechanical components. We take responsibility for any parts that fail within this period, providing replacements free of charge. However, clients are responsible for any potential transportation costs.
