1. How to choose an injection molding machine?
Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight; the tie bar space must exceed the mold dimensions. Reach out to us for comprehensive guidance.
2. How to pay?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T before delivery. We also accept L/C and other payment methods for your convenience.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely, our experienced engineers are available for on-site installation, commissioning, and training. Typically, a 5-15 day timeframe is sufficient, pending no issues. Please prepare an invitation letter for visa purposes in advance, noting that all associated visa, travel, and hotel costs are the customer's responsibility. We cannot guarantee visa approval.
4. If we purchase your machines, is there any warranty?
Yes, certainly. A 12-month warranty covers all mechanical parts post-shipment. We assume responsibility for any part failures within this period, supplying replacements at no charge, though transportation costs are borne by clients.
5. Do you have reference projects?
Indeed, we boast reference projects worldwide. With customer consent, we can share contact information for factory visits. Additionally, we welcome you to visit our company to observe our machines in action. We offer transportation from the nearest station.
