We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% due by T/T prior to delivery (we also accept L/C and other payment methods).

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning and even train our workers?
Absolutely, we can dispatch our skilled engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training purposes. Our engineers frequently travel globally, providing after-sales service and technical support. Typically, with everything in place, the process takes about 5-15 days. Prior to shipment, it is necessary for you to arrange an invitation letter for visa purposes. Please be aware that all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the customer. Additionally, we cannot guarantee the success of each visa application.
