We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% due by T/T before delivery. We also accept payments via L/C and other methods for your convenience.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely! Our engineers can travel to your factory for installation, commissioning, and training. Typically, if all conditions are ideal, this process takes about 5-15 days. Please prepare an invitation letter for visa purposes prior to shipment. Note that all visa, travel, and hotel expenses are the responsibility of the customer. While we strive for successful visa applications, success cannot be guaranteed.

4. If we purchase your machines, is there a warranty included?
