A 50% deposit is required via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% due prior to delivery. We accept payment through T/T, L/C, and other methods.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation and to train our workers?
Yes, we can deploy an engineer to your premises for installation, commissioning, and training. Our experienced engineers frequently travel internationally for after-sales service. Typically, the process takes 5-15 days. Prior to shipment, we require a visa invitation letter. Please note, all associated costs for visas, travel, and accommodation must be pre-paid by the customer, and visa issuance is not guaranteed.
