Our payment structure is as follows: a 50% deposit is required via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance settled by T/T prior to delivery. We also accommodate other payment methods such as L/C.
3. Is it possible for your company to dispatch an engineer for installation and training?
Absolutely, we can send a qualified engineer to your site for comprehensive installation, commissioning, and training services. Our engineers frequently travel internationally to provide after-sales service and technical support. Typically, the process takes 5-15 days. Prior to shipment, please arrange an invitation letter for the visa. Note that all expenses related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot guarantee visa approval.
4. Do your machines come with a warranty?
Yes, certainly. We provide a comprehensive 12-month warranty from the shipment date covering all mechanical parts. Should any part fail within this period, we will supply replacements at no charge, though transportation costs are the client's responsibility.
