Select an injection molding machine with an injection weight approximately 1.2 times your product's weight. Ensure the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. Please contact us for detailed guidance and support.

We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance payment by T/T before delivery. We also accommodate payment through T/T, L/C, and more.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely, we can dispatch an engineer to your factory for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally for after-sale service and technical support. Typically, 5-15 days suffice if all conditions are met. Before shipment, please prepare an invitation letter for visa processing. Kindly note, all visa, travel, and accommodation costs should be prepaid by the customer. Visa approval cannot be guaranteed.

4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. We will replace any defective parts within this period free of charge, although transportation costs may be incurred by the client.
