Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight. The tie bar space must exceed the mold dimensions. For detailed insights, contact us directly.
2. How to pay?
A 50% deposit is required via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance paid by T/T before delivery. We accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other methods.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely! We can deploy engineers to your site for installation, commissioning, and employee training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally for after-sales service and technical support. Normally, 5-15 days suffice if everything proceeds smoothly. Prior to shipment, please prepare an invitation letter for visa purposes. Note that all related expenses for visa, travel, and accommodation must be pre-paid by the customer. Visa approval is not guaranteed.
4. If we purchase your machines, is there any warranty?
Certainly! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty post-shipment for mechanical parts. We will replace any defective parts within this period at no cost, though any potential transportation fees are the client's responsibility.
