To secure your order, a 50% deposit via T/T is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due by T/T before delivery. We also accept flexible payment methods such as L/C.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely, we can deploy our expert engineers to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our seasoned engineers often travel internationally for after-sales support. Typically, 5-15 days suffice for the entire process. Prior to shipment, please provide an invitation letter for visa processing. Note that costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation are the customer's responsibility and must be settled in advance. Visa approvals cannot be guaranteed.
