Absolutely. We deploy engineers globally for installation, commissioning, and training. Typically, 5-15 days suffice, given everything proceeds smoothly. Customers are responsible for visa, travel, and accommodation expenses, payable in advance. While we strive for success, visa issuance cannot be guaranteed.
4. Is There a Warranty with Purchases?
Yes, indeed! Enjoy a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. We cover broken components within this period, providing replacements at no cost, excluding transportation expenses.
