We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% due before delivery. For your convenience, we accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other methods.
3. Can Your Engineers Assist with Installation and Training?
Absolutely, we provide comprehensive support for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers are globally mobile, offering after-sales service and technical expertise. Typically, the process spans 5 to 15 days, depending on conditions. An invitation letter for visa processing is mandatory prior to dispatch. Please note that all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be covered by the customer in advance. Visa approval is not guaranteed.
4. Is There a Warranty with Your Machines?
Certainly, our machines come with a 12-month warranty on mechanical parts from the shipment date. We will replace any faulty components free of charge within this period, though clients are responsible for transportation costs incurred during the process.
