Our payment terms are structured as follows: a 50% deposit via T/T is required in advance, with the remaining 50% balance payable by T/T before delivery. We also accommodate alternative payment methods such as L/C to offer flexibility.

Absolutely, we can dispatch a qualified engineer to your location for comprehensive installation, commissioning, and training services. Our engineers travel internationally, providing after-sales service and technical support. Typically, this process takes between 5 to 15 days. Prior to shipment, an invitation letter for the visa is required. Please note, all expenses related to visa, travel, and accommodation are to be prepaid by the customer. We cannot guarantee visa approval.
4. Do your machines come with a warranty?
Yes, certainly. We offer an extensive 12-month warranty from the date of shipment covering all mechanical parts. Should any component fail within this period, we will furnish replacements free of charge, although transportation costs are the client's responsibility.
