The ideal injection weight is approximately 1.2 times your product's weight. Ensure the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. Reach out to us for detailed guidance and insights.

2. How to Pay?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance. The remaining 50% should be completed by T/T before delivery. We are also open to payments via L/C and other arrangements.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install and commission the machine and even train our workers?
Absolutely! Our experienced engineers can visit your factory to oversee installation, commissioning, and provide worker training. Typically, the process takes about 5-15 days, contingent on prior arrangements. Please prepare an invitation letter for visa processing. Note: Visa, travel, and accommodation expenses must be covered by the customer, and we cannot ensure visa approval every time.

4. If we purchase your machines, is there a warranty?
Certainly! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment, covering any breakages during this period. While parts are supplied free of charge, potential transportation costs are to be borne by the client.
