For optimal performance, the injection weight should be approximately 1.2 times the product's weight. Ensure the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. For further details and tailored advice, feel free to reach out to us.

We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% payable through T/T before delivery. We also accept payments via T/T, L/C, among other methods.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning and to train our workers?
Absolutely, our skilled engineers are ready to travel to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. With a wealth of experience, our team frequently provides after-sales service and technical support globally. Typically, a window of 5-15 days suffices if everything proceeds smoothly. Prior to shipment, we kindly request an invitation letter to facilitate visa arrangements. Please note, all costs incurred for visas, travel, and accommodation must be pre-paid by the customer.
