We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance settled by T/T before delivery. We also accept payments through L/C, among other methods.
3. Is it Possible for Your Company to Send an Engineer for Installation, Commissioning, and Worker Training?
Absolutely, we can dispatch an engineer to your site for installation, commissioning, and employee training. Our seasoned engineers frequently travel internationally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, a 5-15 day period suffices for these processes. Please arrange an invitation letter for the visa well in advance, noting that all related expenses are the customer's responsibility. We cannot assure visa approval in every case.
4. Is There Any Warranty if We Purchase Your Machines?
Indeed, we provide a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. Any defective parts within this period will be replaced at no charge, though clients are responsible for any associated transportation costs.
