We require a 50% deposit via T/T upfront, with the remaining 50% balance settled by T/T before delivery. We accommodate payments through T/T, L/C, and other convenient methods.

Absolutely, we can dispatch an engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and staff training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally for post-sale services and technical support. Typically, a period of 5-15 days suffices, assuming all conditions are favorable. Prior to shipment, we require an invitation letter for visa processing. Please note that all related expenses for visa, travel, and accommodation should be pre-paid by the customer. Additionally, visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
