1. How to choose an injection molding machine?
To select the ideal injection molding machine, ensure that the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight. Additionally, the tie bar space must exceed the mold dimensions. For further assistance, please contact us.
2. How to pay?
To facilitate smooth transactions, we require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance due by T/T before delivery. We also accommodate various payment methods, including T/T and L/C.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning and train our workers?
Absolutely, we are fully equipped to dispatch our skilled engineers to your facility for installation, commissioning, and comprehensive staff training. Our experienced engineers travel globally to provide post-purchase service and technical assistance. Based on experience, a duration of 5-15 days is typically sufficient. To ensure a smooth process, we require an invitation letter for visa arrangements prior to shipment. Please note all expenses related to visas, travel, and accommodation must be covered by the customer in advance. Additionally, visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Certainly, we extend a robust 12-month warranty on all mechanical parts post-shipment. We commit to replacing any defective parts within this period at no cost, although any associated transportation expenses are the responsibility of the client.
