Our engineers are well-versed in international travel for providing technical assistance. The process usually spans 5-15 days. Please arrange an invitation letter for visa processing before shipping. Note that all related expenses such as visa, travel, and accommodation are to be covered by the customer. We cannot ensure visa approvals.
4. Do your machines come with a warranty?
Indeed, we offer a robust 12-month warranty starting from the shipment date, covering all mechanical parts. If any part fails within this warranty period, we will provide replacement parts at no cost, although the client is responsible for transportation charges.
