We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T before delivery. We also accept payment through T/T, L/C, and other convenient methods.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning and train our workers?
Absolutely! Our skilled engineers are available to travel globally for installation, commissioning, and training. Typically, this process takes between 5 to 15 days, depending on circumstances. Prior to shipment, an invitation letter for visa purposes will be necessary. Please note that all associated costs, including visas, travel, and accommodation, should be covered by customers in advance, and visa approval is not guaranteed.

4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
