Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight. The tie-bar space should surpass the mold dimensions. Connect with us for further insights.
2. How to pay?
A 50% deposit is required via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% due prior to delivery. We accommodate T/T, L/C, among other methods.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Indeed, we can dispatch an engineer to your site for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers frequently travel globally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, a 5-15 day period suffices if everything proceeds smoothly. Pre-shipment, a visa invitation letter is essential. Customers are responsible for all visa, travel, and accommodation expenses. Note that visa approval is not guaranteed.
4. If we purchase your machines, is there any warranty?
Absolutely, we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty post-shipment for all mechanical components. Any damaged parts within this timeframe are covered, with replacements provided free of charge. However, clients are responsible for any associated shipping costs.
5. Do you have reference projects?
We have successfully implemented projects in numerous countries. With customer consent, we can share their contact details for factory visits. You are also welcome to visit our facility to witness our machinery in action, with transportation from a nearby station provided.
