1. How to choose an injection molding machine?
When selecting an injection molding machine, ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight. The tie bar space should exceed the mold's dimensions. For a more personalized recommendation, please reach out to us directly.
2. How to pay?
Our payment terms are designed for convenience: a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance payable by T/T before delivery. We also welcome payments through L/C and other methods for your ease.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning and train our workers?
Absolutely, we offer the expertise of our engineers who can visit your facility for installation, commissioning, and comprehensive training. Our engineers are globally mobile, providing top-notch after-sales service and technical support. Typically, 5-15 days are sufficient for these activities, depending on conditions. Prior to shipment, please arrange an invitation letter for visa purposes. Note that all associated costs for visa, travel, and accommodations must be prepaid by the customer. We aim for success, but visa approvals cannot be guaranteed.
4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Absolutely! We provide a full 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. Should any components fail within this period, we will supply replacements at no cost to you, although transportation expenses will be the responsibility of the client.
5. Do you have a reference project?
Indeed, we have a wealth of reference projects worldwide. With client consent, we are pleased to share contact information so you can visit their operations firsthand.
