A 50% deposit via T/T is required in advance, with the remaining 50% balance settled by T/T before delivery. We also accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other convenient methods.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation and training?
Absolutely! We can dispatch an engineer to your location for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers frequently travel globally for after-sale service and technical assistance. Typically, the process takes 5-15 days if everything is prepared. Prior to shipment, please arrange an invitation letter for visa processing. Kindly note that all associated costs for visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the customer. Be aware that visa approvals are not guaranteed.

4. Do your machines come with a warranty?
