A 50% deposit via T/T is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due before delivery. We accept payments through T/T, L/C, and more.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation and training?
Certainly, we can dispatch an engineer for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers frequently travel globally for customer support. Typically, the process takes 5-15 days. Prior to shipment, an invitation letter for a visa is needed. Note that visa, travel, and accommodation costs are to be covered by the customer, and visa approval is not guaranteed.
4. Is there a warranty if we purchase your machines?
Absolutely. A comprehensive 12-month warranty covers mechanical parts post-shipment. We're committed to replacing broken parts within this timeframe free of charge, though clients must cover potential transportation costs.
5. Do you have reference projects?
Yes, we have reference projects in numerous countries. With customer consent, we can share contact details for factory visits. Additionally, you're welcome to visit our facility to see our machines in action. We can arrange transportation from the nearest station.
