1. How to choose injection molding machine?
Ensure your injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight, and verify that the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. For expert guidance, don't hesitate to contact us.
2. How to pay?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining balance payable by T/T prior to delivery. We also accommodate payments through T/T, L/C, and more.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely! Our expert engineer can be dispatched to your factory for installation, commissioning, and staff training. We have a team of engineers who provide after-sale service and technical support worldwide. Typically, a span of 5-15 days suffices, assuming all preparations are in order. To facilitate this, an invitation letter for visa purposes is required in advance. Please be aware that all expenses related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be settled by the customer ahead of time. Additionally, we cannot guarantee visa approval for each case.
4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Certainly! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty from the date of shipment for all mechanical parts. Any component failures within this period are covered, and we will provide the necessary replacements at no cost. However, transportation expenses may apply and are the responsibility of the client.
