1. How to choose an injection molding machine?
To select the right injection molding machine: Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight, and the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. For further assistance, please contact us.
2. How to pay?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T prior to delivery. We also accept payments via L/C and other methods.
3. Is it possible for your company to dispatch an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Indeed, we can send our highly skilled engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally to provide after-sales service and technical support. Typically, this process takes 5-15 days, depending on circumstances. Please prepare an invitation letter for visa arrangements in advance. Note that all related costs for visa, travel, and accommodation must be paid upfront by the customer. However, we cannot guarantee visa approval in every case.
4. If we purchase your machines, is there a warranty?
Certainly! We offer a full 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. We take responsibility for any defective parts within this period, providing replacements free of charge, although transportation costs must be covered by clients.
5. Do you have reference projects?
We have reference projects worldwide. With the consent of customers who have purchased from us, we can share their contact details. You're welcome to visit their facilities to see our machines in action.
