We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% paid by T/T before delivery. We also accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other methods.

3. Can your company provide on-site installation and training?
Absolutely, we offer the expertise of our engineers for on-site installation, commissioning, and worker training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally for this purpose. Typically, a period of 5-15 days suffices if all conditions are optimal. Prior to shipment, please prepare an invitation letter for the visa, and note that all expenses related to visa, travel, and accommodation are the customer's responsibility. Visa approval is not guaranteed.

4. Is a warranty provided with your machines?
