1. How to choose an injection molding machine?
Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight; the tie bar space must exceed the mold dimensions. For a detailed consultation, please reach out to us.

2. How to pay?
A 50% deposit is required via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% to be paid by T/T before delivery. We also accept payments via T/T, L/C, and other methods.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning and even train our workers?
Absolutely. We can dispatch our skilled engineers to your factory for installation, commissioning, and worker training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally to provide after-sales service and technical support. Typically, 5-15 days suffice for this process, provided all preparations are in place. Prior to shipment, we require an invitation letter for the visa application. Please note that all related costs for visas, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by customers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee visa approval for every application.

4. If we purchase your machines, is there any warranty?
Certainly! We provide a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. We assume responsibility for any broken parts within this period, supplying replacements free of charge. However, any transportation costs incurred will be the client’s responsibility.

5. Do you have a reference project?
