A 50% deposit via T/T in advance is required, with the balance payable before delivery. We accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other viable methods.
3. Is it possible for your company to dispatch an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely, we offer comprehensive support by dispatching our skilled engineers to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training sessions. Our engineers frequently travel internationally, providing after-sales service and technical assistance. Typically, a 5-15 day period suffices for these activities, provided all preparations are in place. An invitation letter is necessary for visa purposes, and all expenses related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be prepaid by the customer. Please note that visa approvals are subject to consular discretion.
