To select the perfect injection molding machine, ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times your product's weight. The tie-bar spacing should exceed your mold dimensions for optimal fit and function. For tailored advice, we invite you to contact us directly.
2. What are the payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit payable via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance due by T/T prior to delivery. We also accommodate payments through L/C and other methods.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation and worker training?
Absolutely! We can dispatch our skilled engineers to your facility for seamless installation, commissioning, and comprehensive worker training. Our engineers frequently travel globally to provide exemplary after-sales service and technical support. Typically, 5 to 15 days suffice for the entire process, given smooth proceedings. To facilitate this, please prepare an invitation letter for the necessary visa. However, it's important to note that all incurred costs for visa, travel, and accommodation are to be prepaid by the customer. While we strive for success, visa approval cannot be guaranteed.
4. What warranty do you offer with your machines?
We confidently provide a robust 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. Should any parts fail within this period, we are committed to supplying replacements free of charge. However, any associated transportation costs are the responsibility of the client.
5. Do you have reference projects available?
