DOUBLE INFRARED SENSOR

When the machine initiates the injection process, if a worker's hand is detected between the sensors, the upper platen will automatically rise, halting the machine immediately to prevent accidents.

Shipping method

1. How to choose an injection molding machine?
Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight, and the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. Reach out to us for more detailed information.
2. How to pay?
A 50% deposit via T/T is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due before delivery. We accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other methods.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation, commissioning, and training?
Absolutely, we can dispatch an engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and employee training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, 5-15 days suffice for setup, provided all preparations are in place. Please ensure to provide an invitation letter for visa purposes. Note that all costs for visa, travel, and accommodation must be pre-paid by the customer, and visa success cannot be guaranteed.
4. If we purchase your machines, is there any warranty?
Certainly, we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts from the date of shipment. We take responsibility for any parts failures within this period, supplying replacements free of charge, though clients are liable for any associated transportation costs.
5. Do you have reference projects?
