Payments are structured with a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, and the remaining 50% is payable by T/T before delivery. We also accommodate payments through L/C and other secure methods.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and employee training?
Absolutely! Our experienced engineers are available to visit your factory for installation, commissioning, and comprehensive training. We routinely dispatch engineers globally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, a 5-15 day period suffices. Please prepare an invitation letter for visa purposes in advance. Note that all associated costs, including visa, travel, and accommodation, must be pre-paid by the customer. While we strive for success, visa approvals cannot be guaranteed.

4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Yes, indeed! A full 12-month warranty on mechanical parts is offered post-shipment. We take responsibility for any parts that break within this timeframe, supplying replacements free of charge, although transportation costs are the client's responsibility.
