Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight. The tie bar space must exceed the mold dimensions. Contact us for a detailed consultation.
2. How to pay?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance paid by T/T before delivery. We also accept L/C and other payment methods.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation and training?
Absolutely, we can dispatch our expert engineers to your site for installation, commissioning, and training. Our experienced professionals frequently travel internationally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, 5-15 days suffice for complete installation and training. To facilitate visas, please prepare an invitation letter ahead of time. Note: All associated costs for visas, travel, and accommodation must be pre-paid by customers. Visa approval is not guaranteed.
4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. Any defective parts within this period will be replaced free of charge; however, transportation costs may apply and should be covered by clients.
