Absolutely, we can dispatch an engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and worker training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, the process takes 5-15 days, assuming all conditions are optimal. Prior to shipping, please prepare an invitation letter for visa procurement. Note that all costs related to visas, travel, and accommodations must be paid by the customer in advance. Additionally, visa approval is not guaranteed.
