Consider that the injection weight should be approximately 1.2 times the weight of your product. Additionally, the space between the tie bars must exceed the dimensions of the mold. Contact us for further personalized guidance.

2. What are the payment options?
A 50% deposit is required via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% due by T/T prior to delivery. We also accept L/C and other payment methods for your convenience.

3. Is it feasible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Indeed, we can dispatch an engineer to your facility for setup, commissioning, and staff training. Our engineers regularly travel globally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, the process requires 5-15 days, conditions permitting. Please prepare an invitation letter for the visa process. Note that all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be provided by you in advance, and visa approval cannot be guaranteed.

4. Is there any warranty when we purchase your machines?
Absolutely. We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty post-shipment for mechanical parts. We are committed to replacing defective parts within this period, free of charge, although transportation expenses may be incurred by the client.
