1. How to Choose an Injection Molding Machine?
Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the weight of the product; the tie bar space must exceed the mold dimensions. Reach out to us for further guidance.
2. How to Pay?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% balance due by T/T before delivery. We accept payments through T/T, L/C, and other methods.
3. Can Your Company Send an Engineer for Installation and Training?
Absolutely, we can dispatch an engineer to your site for installation, commissioning, and training. Our engineers frequently provide after-sale services and technical support internationally. Typically, a 5-15 day duration is sufficient if preparations are complete. Please arrange an invitation letter for a visa; note that all visa, travel, and accommodation costs must be prepaid by customers. Successful visa attainment is not guaranteed.
4. Is There Any Warranty with Your Machines?
Certainly! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty on mechanical parts post-shipment. We are accountable for any part failures within this period, and will replace them free of charge, though potential transportation costs are the client's responsibility.
5. Do You Have a Reference Project?
We have completed projects in numerous countries. With customer consent, we can share contact details, allowing factory visits. You're also welcome to visit us; we'll arrange transportation from the nearest station.
