Ensure the injection weight is approximately 1.2 times the product's weight, and the tie bar space exceeds the mold dimensions. Contact us for detailed guidance.
2. What are the payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit via T/T upfront, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T before delivery. We also accept L/C payments.
3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely, we can dispatch our engineer to your facility for installation, commissioning, and training. Our experienced engineers frequently travel internationally to provide after-sales service and technical support. Typically, 5-15 days suffices, assuming all preparations are in place. Prior to shipment, an invitation letter for visa processing is required. All related costs, including visa, travel, and accommodation, must be pre-paid by customers. Note that visa issuance is not guaranteed.
4. Is there a warranty for your machines?
Indeed, we offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty for mechanical parts post-shipment. We take responsibility for any failures within this period, providing necessary parts free of charge. However, transportation costs may apply, to be borne by clients.
