We require a 50% deposit via T/T in advance, with the remaining 50% payable by T/T prior to delivery. We accept various payment methods, including T/T and L/C.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer to install the machine for commissioning and train our workers?
Absolutely. Our expert engineers are available for installation, commissioning, and training at your site. With a wealth of experience across various countries, they typically complete tasks within 5-15 days. Prior to shipment, please arrange an invitation letter for visa processing. Take note that visa, travel, and accommodation expenses must be pre-paid by the customer, and we cannot guarantee visa approval.

4. If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
Indeed, our machines come with a solid 12-month warranty for mechanical parts post-shipment. We take responsibility for any defective parts during this period, providing replacements free of charge, although transportation costs are to be borne by the client.
