Secure your order with a 50% deposit via T/T in advance. The remaining balance of 50% is due by T/T prior to delivery. We also accept payment via T/T, L/C, among other methods.

Absolutely, we can arrange for an engineer to visit your facility for installation, commissioning, and staff training. Our engineers frequently travel internationally for after-sales service and technical support. Typically, the process spans 5-15 days, given all prerequisites are met. Prior to dispatch, please prepare an invitation letter for visa purposes. Note that visa, travel, and accommodation expenses are to be prepaid by the customer. Visa issuance is subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed by us.
4. Is a warranty included with the purchase of your machines?
Certainly! We offer a comprehensive 12-month warranty post-shipment on all mechanical parts. We take responsibility for any defective parts within this period, providing replacements free of charge. However, any potential transportation costs are borne by the client.
