A 50% deposit via T/T is required in advance, with the remaining balance payable by T/T before delivery. We also accept payments through L/C and other methods.

3. Is it possible for your company to send an engineer for machine installation, commissioning, and worker training?
Absolutely! We offer the services of our experienced engineers for installation, commissioning, and training at your factory. Our engineers frequently travel internationally to provide after-sales service and technical support. Typically, the setup takes between 5 to 15 days, depending on the circumstances. Please prepare an invitation letter for visa purposes. Note that all costs related to visa, travel, and accommodation must be covered in advance by the customer, and visa approval is not guaranteed.

4. Is there any warranty if we purchase your machines?
Certainly! We provide a 12-month warranty on all mechanical parts post-shipment. Should any parts break within this period, we will replace them free of charge, although transportation costs must be borne by the client.
